Dear BMM Mandal Presidents and Representatives,

Preparations for the BMM 2026 Convention are progressing well, and the Seattle Maharashtra Mandal is getting ready to welcome the BMM community in August 2026. We look forward to your participation and sincerely request your support in encouraging members of your community to attend. At the same time, we have initiated planning for the BMM 2028 Convention. A key step in this process is the selection of the host Mandal and venue. Through this note, we invite expressions of interest from Mandals interested in hosting the BMM 2028 Convention.

If your Mandal is interested, please notify us by March 15, 2026. Upon receiving your response, we will contact you to outline the complete process, including bid solicitation, evaluation, and selection. This process will begin with the signing of a Letter of Intent, followed by close collaboration with your team. We will share best practices, templates, and guidance to assist with preparing your convention bid. The final bid submission will be due by April 30, 2026.

Hosting a BMM Convention places your Mandal and city on an international platform, strengthens connections within the broader BMM community, and can be financially rewarding. At the same time, it carries significant responsibility. Hosting 3,000–4,000 delegates over 3–4 days requires detailed planning and the dedication of a large team of committed volunteers.
