AVANT Marathi Language Assessment
Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal of North America (BMM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Avant Assessment, a leading language proficiency organization whose mission is “to improve the learning and teaching of languages.”
Avant offers the STAMP (STAndards-based Measurement of Proficiency) assessment, which is widely recognized and administered across the United States and globally. Effective assessment plays a critical role in enhancing learning outcomes, while strong professional development supports effective teaching. Through this collaboration, BMM and Avant aim to mutually advance their missions and expand opportunities for language learning and certification.

STAMP Assessment – Now Available Through BMM
BMM is pleased to offer the STAMP assessment (Writing and Speaking) for the Marathi language at highly discounted rates for:
- BMM Marathi Shala students
- Marathi Shala teachers
Additionally, non-BMM Shala students, parents, and adults are also eligible to take this assessment.
