After achieving great success in India, BMM brings very successful program “Second Orbit” to North America for the first time. Inaugural program will be conducted by Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman and Founder of Persistent Systems. This program is for the organizations, who are established but facing challenges to grow to the next level.
Business growth is characterized by successive “S-Curves,” where periods of sharp growth eventually plateau despite continued efforts. Transitioning from one curve to the next is challenging and requires businesses to innovate and change strategies, as what worked before often doesn’t in the new phase. The initial growth phase, driven by the founders’ determination, can reach a profitable stage, but to scale further, both the founder and the business need to adapt.
This workshop aims to equip founders with essential skills and tools for this transition, sharing experiences and fostering peer learning with industry veterans to create a growth-oriented culture.
This two-day program will be conducted in two sessions six months apart. First session will be conducted between May 01 – 03, 2026 and second follow-on session will be announced after the first session
