A Constitution is the foundation of any organization. It defines the structure, roles, responsibilities, and processes that guide decision-making and ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability.

For BMM, the Constitution serves as a shared framework that unites all Mandals under common values and principles. It helps maintain consistency in governance, protects the interests of members, and ensures that all activities are conducted in an orderly and equitable manner.

As members of BMM, it is our collective responsibility to respect and adhere to the Constitution. Doing so strengthens trust, promotes good governance, and enables us to work together effectively toward our shared mission of serving and connecting the Marathi community across North America.
