1. When and where is the BMM Convention 2026?

The BMM Convention 2026 will be held in Seattle Convention Center in downtown Seattle (USA), from August 6 to August 9, 2026.

2. What is Day 0 and when does it take place?

Day 0 is on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
It will feature Continuing Medical Education (CME) and BMM Initiatives like:

• Business Conference
• Uttarang
• Real Estate Conference
• Educational Meet-ups
• BMM Shala related programs

Day 0 requires a separate ticket, except for Donation Package holders, for whom these activities are included.

The ticket price is $150 for ages 18 and above and $100 for ages 5–17.

3. Is there a banquet dinner on Day 0?

Yes. There will be a Banquet Dinner on Day 0 night, which is a separately ticketed event.

• Banquet Dinner ticket price: $150
• The Banquet Dinner features a performance by renowned professional artists from India, creating a wonderful setting for meaningful networking among business professionals and fellow attendees.
• For all donation packages, the Day 0 banquet dinner is included.

4. When does the main convention begin?

The main convention starts on Friday, August 7, 2026, and continues through Sunday, August 9, 2026.

5. Is there block booking for seating?

No. We have intentionally eliminated block booking.

In past conventions, we received feedback that even early ticket buyers sometimes received seats far back due to block allocations.

To ensure fairness and transparency, seating will now follow a first-come, first-served registration model.

6. How will seating be assigned?

• Earlier registrations = better seating
• Seating is assigned strictly based on registration timestamp
• This ensures fairness to those who book early

7. Is there an early bird discount?

Yes. Early Bird pricing is available.

Booking early gives you two advantages:

1. Lower ticket price
2. Better seating location

8. How does Mandal-wise registration work?

• Please use the Mandal-specific registration link provided to your Mandal President.
• Alternatively, you may scroll to the end of this document to find your Mandal’s registration link.
• Friends using the same Mandal link can book together so they can be seated together

⚠️ Important:
You must coordinate with your friends before booking.

Example:

• Person A books at 9:00 AM
• Person B books at 3:00 PM using the same Mandal link

If many registrations occur in between, Person B may not be seated next to Person A, as it would be unfair to earlier registrants.
If only a few registrations occur in between, we will do our best to seat them together.

9. Can friends or family from different Mandals sit together?

Yes. This is possible only if one person books tickets on behalf of the others in a single transaction.

10. Is designated seating for all programs?

No.
Designated seating applies only to the main auditorium.

For all other programs and venues, seating will be open and based on availability.

11. Can I save money on my ticket by skipping some meals?

Yes. You can reduce your ticket price if you choose to skip breakfast or prefer to go out for dinner with family or friends during the convention.
Please note that this option is not available for lunch, as lunch is included as part of the convention program.

12. How do I book my hotel for the convention?

After completing your BMM 2026 registration, you will receive a hotel booking link.

We are offering discounted hotel rates at Sheraton Grand Seattle, which is:

• Located in the heart of downtown Seattle
• Adjacent to the Seattle Convention Center
• Convenient for all convention activities

13. When will the program schedule and food menu be available?
