In every community, there are young minds full of potential, looking for purpose, inspiration, and guidance. While many career paths are widely known and often chosen, there are others—just as essential to our society—that remain underexplored and underappreciated.
“लक्ष्यवेधी / Trailblazers” is a new initiative by the Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal, designed to spotlight and celebrate individuals who have dared to pursue unique, courageous, and impactful career paths—roles that are often overlooked by the mainstream but are vital to the strength, safety, and progress of our society.
These are careers in the military, police force, intelligence services, politics, diplomacy, firefighting, space science, and other less conventional yet noble professions. Through this initiative, we aim to inspire the youth in our community to think beyond the usual choices—to see value and pride in serving, protecting, leading, and discovering.
Each month, we will feature one exceptional individual who has chosen an uncommon path and made it their life’s mission. Through video interviews and written features in our monthly magazine and on our website, we will share their journey:

We are calling upon our committee members and community partners to nominate individuals who fit the spirit of लक्ष्यवेधी / Trailblazers.
