Yuwa is a powerful initiative by the Bruhan Maharashtra Mandal, designed to bring together local young individuals who want to stay connected with their cultural heritage while also building strong futures in today’s world.
We understand the challenge many young people face today—growing up in homes where Marathi is spoken, but not feeling confident enough to speak it themselves. As a result, many of them gradually step away from cultural events, community gatherings, and their roots.
Yuwa exists to change that.

To create a space where young people feel accepted, confident, and proud—of both their cultural identity and their personal ambitions.
We aim to break down the language barrier and encourage Yuwa to engage, lead, and grow—in English or in Marathi—without fear or pressure.
