मी व माझी २०२४-२६ ची कार्यकारणी बृहन्महाराष्ट्र मंडळात तुमचे सहर्ष स्वागत करत आहे !
आमच्या २०२४-२६ च्या कार्यकारणीची थोडक्यात ओळख
उत्तर अमेरिकेतील बदलत्या मराठी समाजाच्या गरजा पूर्ण करण्यासाठी सतत कार्यरत असणार्या मंडळांसमोर आज अनेक आव्हाने आहेत – मंडळांचा विकास, community outreach, शाळांचा विस्तार, युवा/second generation चा सहभाग, त्यांचे विवाह, collective negotiation of movie/program pricing, कौटुंबिक करमणुकीच्या बदलत्या आवडी–निवडी, व्यावसायिक संघटन, स्थानिक व राष्ट्रीय स्थरावर काम करण्याच्या व भाग घेण्याच्या संधी, सेवा, उत्तररंग, archiving मराठी heritage of NA, इत्यादी. – त्या आव्हानांवर, सर्व मंडळांतील आजी व माजी representatives, leadership, volunteers यांच्या अधिकृत सहभागाने, आवश्यक बृहन्महाराष्ट्र मंडळाचे प्रकल्प ground up उभारुन, organically and sustainably यश मिळवायचे हा माझा संकल्प आहे. This is a fundamental transformation of BMM into a community centric, inclusive and collaborative organization by community, for community, of community.
या संकल्पावर आधारित अनेक नवीन कल्पना व त्या प्रत्यक्षात आणण्यासाठी योजना व प्रकल्प आम्ही हाती घेत आहोत, अधिक माहिती लवकरच
